If that's going to be the main formation, begs the question do we desperately need another main striker. If he does come in does Sturridge become 2nd choice or is he moved elsewhere to accommodate.

Love the pace we play at. Pass for the first goal was world class.

I'm happy with those but remains to be seen whether they go on to be really top class. As plenty are saying Suarez needed to be replaced with a genuine matchwinner. Still time like, think Lavezzi would be special. Got the type of character our fans love too.

Would people prefer us to stick with the same core who finished last season minus the tooth fiend or throw all the new lads in. We've got a lot of new faces and it can take time to adjust regardless of where you're from or been playing.

Got a feeling we might be a bit inconsistant in the first half of the season, losing our main talisman, and especially when CL is on, and find our groove in the second half.
