HELP! was wreckd tonight and ripped into my bird

bird is so upset. apparently i really *verbally* laid into her tonight ... without a doubt i believe her but i have no idea why i would have done this. i love her to bits and totally trust her yet she has told me i was calling her a s*** and all sorts. i've apologised all i can and i'll keep on doing so but i can't believe this! we have such a great relationship but right now she is incredibly hurt - and i can totally understand why!

anyone got any idea why this would have happened!? naturally boozing is an excuse but there must be something that kicked this off? i wish i f***ing kew what though! i have a horrible feeling i may have just ruined the best thing that has ever happened to me :(

i really need some insightful thoughts and *constructive* comments right now ... and any questions i'll be up front about answering as i cant bear the thought of losing her
