Posh Macaroni Cheese

[Swan Red]

take about 1 ounce of butter add about 300ml double cream and heat gently, add a tub of marscapone cheese and melt in about 6 ounces of Gorgonzola, till all melted in and then take about the same amount of good cheddar and add more cream if necessary

 

take a bag of decent macaroni and our uncooked into a oven dish pour over the cheese sauce and add somne cheddar and parmesan over the top, feck into the oven for about 40 minutes and serve hot
