Excel Help! Aaaaaaargh!

Don't know when this happened, but now when I open a spreadsheet the rows AND the columns have numbers, whereas the columns ought to be letters (A,B,C, etc...).

 

And yes, I HAVE tried turning it off and on again!

 

Help, exclamation mark. Help, exclamation mark... etc.

 

OK fixed it.
