Pike Fishing

My brother-in-law lent me his tackle (ooo-err) so me and the boys went today in the precipitation about half a mile from where we won three points yesterday.

 

Cast, reel, cast, reel. Never really done fishing and it was peeshing down big style. So we're just about to go home and almost the last cast and we get this pike on the line.

 

Big, big bad mothafow.

 

We land it (I've go the speak now) and what a fish! At least 45cm and angry too!

 

Never caught much before-except an octopus in Spain-but this was good stuff.

 

Anyone else had a bit of this?
