f***ing relatives

went to dubai with the missus and our baby 2 months ago, i had already arranged the tickets so i stay there for two weeks and wife will stay for another week before coming back as she wanted to stay with her sister a bit longer, two days before her flight she called me to tell me that she wants to stay longer and her brother in law had arranged with the airline to postpone her flight, I told her to make sure that i don't have to pay anything extra and she told me that her BIL has got contacts with the airline office and managed to extend her stay for free. now with her visa running out this Thursday i called them to make sure that they book the tickets for today or tomorrow, i found out that her BIL (who happens to be my cousin) had never had an arrangement with the airline, and they had canceled her ticket, which meant i had to pay a new one way ticket for her, and because of the late warning with her visa running out, i don't have time to try and search for a bargain.

losing £400 like that is not something i can afford right now and the stupid cousin didn't even offer to pay anything even though the whole thing is his fault
