feckers complete ineptitude between the pair of them.

Huge queues in the most disorganised fashion to check-in (why don't they have electronic check-in???)

The queues for security clearance were also massive, it took over 40 mins to reach the guy who looks at your passport and boarding card only to wave you thro to the next queue inside

 

and what's with taking your shoes off

 

after that my planes delayed by nearly an hour

 

their only saving grace was that the match was on in the bar
