Greenhouses/Glasshouses

[Cheesecake]

What would you recommend planting in the month of October, I'm in a cold climate (Scotland!) so sunshine will be limited. I would be looking at herbs, berries and some small fruits or vegetables whereby I could harvest it in the springtime, don't want to wait until March to start planting stuff.

 

Any ideas welcome.
