people with dogs who let them s**t everywhere

i am so fed up with the muck in the streets around my way, dog poo every where. now i generally dont walk on it, but my 3 kids always seem attracted to it. why cant the lazy f****s clean up after their dogs or keep them in. I saw a dog the other day that crossed the main road just to crap in my garden, needless to say it got a boot in the bo****ks for it. dirty dirty dirty i shouls put it into a bag and throw it over the lazy owners car
