Templates in Word

Where the feck do I find them once they've downloaded? (and don't say 'where you downloaded them to'. It's Microsoft. It told me, and I wasn't paying attention)

 

And assuming the buggering thing can be located, what do I do with it? Does it auto-format what I've done or do I have to re-input the whole damn thing?
