Removing Macros in Excel

I created a macro & now no longer want it. I have deleted it - all fine & dandy.

 

But when I re-open the workbook, it prompts me that there is a macro. I go in & have a look - there are no macros....

 

How do I stop this?

 

NB - I nned to send the workbook to others, so changing my security settings isn't going to help
