Hamilton and Mclaren

The Lewis/McLaren combination is in danger of succumbing to that most british of sport diseases - bottling!

 

Collectively they just dont seem to be capable of closing out a championship. Considering the team have such a rich history of success in the sport their performances in the clutch of the championship are baffling.

 

Last year a series of bizarre team decisions cost Lewis and now this year the team seem to be unable to manage their driver sufficently. The last few races have seen qualifying c**k-ups, strategy mistakes and now serious lapses in driver judgement. I cant believe they can throw this away again!

 

To start on pole and end up last with 3 races to go is madness. If Massa wasnt as benign as he actually is then Hamilton would be out of this by now.
