It's a weird one this.

My brother in law started sh*gging a bird in work, she was living with a fella living in his house, the BIL was married at the time. It all came out and the BIL split with his wife, the bird stayed with the fella but she and the BIL conducted their affair quite openly.

Her bloke died suddenly, out of the blue, bang, she was left stuff, cars, money in his will but not the property, she stayed in the house, anyway and an unholy war between her and the dead man's family has broken out, the BIL has long since finshed with her (She started sh*gging one of his workmates would you believe). The family are claiming the house back and want her out, she's claiming she was his common law wife and is entitled to the house regardless of the will and it's all going to court.

He's just been served with a writ to appear as a witness to testify he was conducting an illicit affair with this bird.

He's commited no crime, it's a civil not criminal court, can he tell them to go f*ck themselves and not turn up?
