Every time I try to run Spore from my PC it comes up with 'Out of Range'

 

I have tried updating my graphics card before you ask, I've tried pretty much everything Google Can throw at me.

 

My PC is being run at 1360 x 768 Resolution, and I have tried taking that resolution down and it still won't work.

 

Help....
