Fraud?

There's a restaurant I go to where I know just about all the waitresses and waiters. I normally pay in cash, but the other day I didn't have enough in my pocket so I paid by debit card.

 

Now it appears on my statement - correct amount, but the payee is the name of the waiter not the name of the restaurant.

 

Should I suspect foul play?
