Not been able to play this since I upgraded my motherboard, CPU and Graphic Card a year or two ago - and assumed it was the graphic card...

 

But NO!!

 

As per Call of Duty/Call of Duty 2 and Call of Duty - call to arms? - it's actually the Dual Core AMD Affinity problem..

 

(If you can't play COD/COD2 etc. on your PC AND You've got an AMD Dual Core) - then it's easy enough to fix - AFTER STARTING COD/COD 2 etc - just start up your Windows Task Manger (CTRL+ALT+DELETE) - then go to the processes bar - and select your already running COD/COD2 etc - and Right-Click - then set the affinity to JUST ONE CPU (Unselect the other one(s))

 

This will fix weirdo happenings in COD/COD2 etc.

 

Additionally there is a bug fix patch available from here to fix the Blitzkrieg one;

Just download it and run it against your game.exe for Blitzkrieg/Burning Chrome and the other 2 (If you've got them)

 

And then settle back to more World War II strategy Carnage!!
