Reclaiming bank charges

I've finally got totally pissed off with NatWest having charged me £38 for an unpaid DD due to recent price hikes then another £38 cos that money should have gone for another DD - its the house bills account by the way - that I have decided to persue my bank charges for the last 6 years.

 

I'm following the Money saving expert guide and it seems fairly straight forward.

 

Anyone else claimed theirs and were you sucessful?
