IT Question: Network Printers

I've got two HP printers here than can be connected to a PC using USB - works fine.

 

However, is there any way to connect the printer(s) to the wireless network? - got a DSL router with wireless LAN.

 

As I understand it you can buy printers with a wireless capability, but is there any way to adapt a standard printer to wireless with some kind of plug-in device? Or would I just have to buy another printer?
