Bizarre 'near celebrity'spot

Was out and about at the weekend, heard a bloke nearby say something that made me stop and look - not what he said but how he said it. He looked at me and I said "sorry but you sounded just like Phil Tuffnell then".

 

"He's my brother".

 

Was very funny.
