Hicks shows disrespect to Hillsborough Victims

Liverpool FC find themselves on the front pages of the newspapers and on every news channel at a time when we as a club should be remembering the victims of the Hillsborough disaster. This to me shows Hicks just doesn't care about our club or understand our club and what it stands for. Rick Parry may have faults, he has made mistakes and he is honest enough to admit these mistakes but he understands what the club is about. He deserves support and respect for what he has done for this club. Casting him aside would be the end of the "Liverpool Way" as we know it. If DIC do get in Rick will probably leave but after the club is settled but that will be his work done. We were all taken in by the Yanks talk and lets be fair it was Gillett that Moores and Parry looked into. It was he who they visited and researched and turned down because they did not see him alone as having the resources to take the club forward. Gillett then came back with Hicks and said he had a silent partner who would work with him. This is when the bid was accepted. They weren't to know that the yanks would fall out so soon. They weren't to know they would undermine Rafa and they weren't to know they would go back on there words of not securing loans on the club.

Hicks is all about himself and that is why he doesn't think of what is best for the club and its fans. April 15th is just days away and now our club is in the news again for all the wrong reasons. Another chance for the press to knock us and point fingers at us. Hicks should show some respect and leave and allow the club to move forward with owners who understand what this club has been through.

Parry is a tool, and so are the Yanks regardless wether they did or didn't realise what they where doing.

But I agree with the sentiments.
