StevieC Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 I blew my old PC up after installing some memory but have heard that I could recover some of the dat from the hard drive by using NTSC recover or some such program. At the moment I've got the internal HD sitting on my desk so I was wondering how I could connect it back (is there an IDE to USB cable???) in order to install or run this recovery program. I don't really want to open up the new machine but if there is a chance of recovering the drive and then using the Vista transfer utility I'll give it a go. If it's not possible, I'm going to hit it with a hammer.
