Anyone got any idea if there's a known problem with this?

 

Tried to install it on XP the other day and got a message saying it wasn't a 'valid Win32 application'. I had downladed it on a dialup connection if that makes any difference.

 

Is there anywhere I can get it on disc? The Apple store?
