Case Posted January 10, 2008 Posted January 10, 2008 ... but also want to visit some scenically beautiful places. We've never been before and want to visit The Highlands and maybe Skye but have heard that midges are little b******s and by then we'll have a one year old who won't be too happy being bitten. Any advice on WHERE to go to best avoid these scummers (I've done research on HOW to prevent bites, but haven't looked into where in Scotland it might be wonderful to v isit for a week where midges are less prevelant). Thanks in advance...!
