I dont think 35 minutes of a break during a film is quite enough to ruin the film entirely. You could have spent at least 5 minutes more discussing how much Northampton council had spent on their xmas decorations. Then i could have switched over and forgotten to come back for the rest of the film. On a serious note:1. start the film earlier2. start the film later3. show the news earlier4. show the news later. All of the above are extrememly complicated scenarios for the programmers at itv and I would not expect such a massive problem as this to be taken lightly so I expect a scheduling change in 2008 when you show the films again. If you need any help sorting out the above, do not hesitate to ask."
