D.Boon Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 (edited) We are about 3 weeks away from moving into a new house that has taken us about 8 months to find. Done all the surveys and searches. Down to the tune of about a grand. Day before yesterday we get a call telling us our buyers have a CCJ against them and cant get the mortgage. They are currently trying to sort out finances to get their mortgage back in place. a***. Yesterday walking past the house we want there is a bloody for sale sign up and its back on the market. Not even a phone call to inform us of this. I ring up shout a bit and they agree to speak to the vendor and then tell me they will keep it off the market till the 18th and that it will be down as 'sold' on the website. Check the website yesterday and today and it is down as for sale. Ring to shout some more and he tells me the vendor has now instructed him to sell. Lying little s*** never had any intention of keeping it off the market and is just repeatedly lying, blamed us not being notified it was up for sale again on 'one of the juniors' I can understand them putting it on the market just can tbe done with all this underhand lying b******s. I do have a cunning plan mind Edited October 6, 2007 by gackwilliams
