Don't know what the latest reports are re this, but I have something from "the horse's mouth"

 

A mate bumped into Carra at the Royal Court in town on Saturday night.

 

He ended up spending about an hour with him and said he was "eveything you would expect him to be, a great lad & very down to earth"

 

Anyway more importantly, Carra said he was fine & is very keen to play at Portsmouth. Whether Rafa picks him or not is anouther matter but at least we are not looking at any kind of lay-off.

 

All the players are apprently very upbeat about the start to the season and the quality of the football being played. No great shock I guess!

Oh I dunno, looking at it from his point of view, Rafa's not exactly reliable for playing him regularly in CM, we've played ace without him, Xabi's possibly Rafa's favourite, and Stevie needs constant reassurance that he's the man...

 

Him being anxious to perform can only be a good thing mind!
