Many will be banned within the next 2 years, as the governement's advisers have realised that some are as strong as class B drugs anyway. Mate of mine had Spice Gold. Couldn't walk straight after I tried it.

 

There's a company in New Z devoted to producing ever wider varieties of synthesised legal highs, and some of them are pretty effective. It'll only take a test case where somebody has imbided/smoked/ whatever a legal high prior to causing an accident whilst driving to close the loophole.

 

Counterargument is to legalise most, regulate and tax them.
