Problem with photoshop CS2 registration

I just installed CS2 on my puter, and put in the serial number.

 

Then when I start up CS2, the registration box opens up, so I put in my name, and email address etc. And it says registration complete.

 

So I shut CS2 down, and when I restart the software - the fecin registration box pops up again asking for the same details

 

Anyone got any ideas as to why - and how the fec I can stop it from happening. 's annoying.
