Looking to buy a new laptop

Have got about £800 ish to spend give or take, and have seen the new N series Sony, and was wondering if anyone had any experience or knowledge of them? They look really nice, but in terms of technical credentials, I'm not the most informed.

 

Was hoping some people here would have a better idea of the new models, or of Sony laptops in general?

 

I have a dell at the moment, and I'm also interested to know how good the Sony customer service is, as I've always found Dell to be quite good.
