Foie Gras

Any toffs on here partial to it?

 

On the F word last night, Janet Street Porter (yes i know) went to a foie Gras farm and showed how it was done - pretty grim with the force-feeding etc...

 

Also showed how engorged the liver is when they're slaughtered - ten times the size. I've never had it but i do like a bit of pate now and again - put me right off.
