Queues at TO today?

Just wondering if anyone knows what the queues were like at the TO today?

I'm going down tomorrow lunchtime.

Does the letter not say that a response must go back to the ticket office by Tuesday? It might be worth checking it out with the club.

 

We were there for 4:30am but some had camped out from 2am. Each app takes a bit of time as there are a few things to be checked out. We were in the first couple of hundred and it took nearly 45 minutes to process them. Lots of multiple apps as well, no limit on how many either.

I phoned the club at the weekend and they said if you are collecting your ticket in person.

All you have to do is bring the completed form when you pick your ticket up between Tuesday and Thursday.

You have me worried now!

I reckon there will be no queues tomorrow then as most in the queue will have come today because it said that on the letter(All the folks around me in the queue were thinking that way anyway)

it's cool. you've got till next tuesday to pick them up if you sent your application in to pick them up in person. they'll call you when its been processed to come and collect. no queue hopefully

I thought the closing day to accept the ballot offer was today? If it's put back to Thursday they are leaving it til very late to distribute any tickets that aren't taken up. That's me last hope of getting one before flying out next Wednesday

Take as much id as possible, Bank Statements that show LFC taking money out ?

Not saying it would work. However I would contact the club and explain that your fan card has gone missing but you have other documentation to prove who you are. A replacement fan card is £10 I believe, offer to pay that as well.

If you get a decent member of staff, they should be able to sort you out.

thats the crux of the problem - getting someone who isnt a stickler for the rules and wants dna proof of the fa card holder.

Anny Road was saying that he went to the TO and they wouldn't let him collect his ticket (not for the final) with his fancard and his passport!! Apparently the passport, which enables him to get into another country wasn't sufficient to pick up a poxy away ticket.

I went on Saturday to pick up mine. When I got there I was told I need a utility bill - even though I don't have a utility bill in my name. I took the ID I normally take to pick up tix, amongst which was my fancard, credit card I paid for the tickets with, plus mail from LFC with my address on. I was told I couldn't have the tickets and wouldn't be given them until I presented them with a utility bill ... which I don't feckin have!! Apparently the only way to solve this was to return with a utility bill in my birds name, even though she has nothing to do with any of the tickets I was picking up.
