My number cam up on the ballot, however for various reasons I've decided not to go.

I want to give my 'allocation' to a pal & he wants to apply for several tickets together.

But what do we do - fill in the details as me or as him (obviously with my fancard no)

I'm sure it the name was on the Istanbul tickets & it's always on tickets for Anfield - but I think you are right that it is unlikely to be checked.

 

They have also asked for passport number - can't remember if they did that in 2005, presumably it is to check no-one has a banning order
