Far too bloody long at 2 hours 20 minutes.

 

Perhaps if you hadn't tried to cram Harry Osborn's stint as the Green Goblin, Sandman and Venom into the same film, you could've shaved half an hour or more off. The result is that all three seem rushed but the whole thing is overlong. The plot to add three together is a bit of a confused mess as well.

 

The bit in the middle where Peter Parker goes all angsty and Emo (and a bit Saturday Night Fever) is downright embarassing.

 

There are some great set pieces in it here though and Kirsten Dunst is bloody lovely (if a little too thin at the moment). There will e far worse blockbusters this summer.

 

6/10, naturally.
