I somehow made 60 quids worth of roaming calls to the same number without trying.

i've paid it alreayd but they told me i could claim the money back if i felt i hadn't made the calls.

 

what are the rules, it was someone in my phonebook, but i didnt make the calls deliberately, i assume it just happened from my pocket but the keypad is normally locked. whats the best thing to do? i've been happy with 3 so far, so i don't really want to piss them off after going through most of the networks in 6 months.
