VPN Clients

No idea how these trhings work, but Mrs K needs it to enable her to skive work from home

 

Used to work fine, but connection on the PC has now become incredibly intermittent. She's installed a Cissco VPN on the laptop, but that won't connect at all and the error log says it's being terminated locally by client

 

Firewall's not blocking it on either machine either

 

Any suggestions?
