what an absolutely gorgeous day its been. Took my lad for his league game this afternoon to a ground he'd never played at before. Jericho Road playing fields in Aigburth. Bit out of the way for us cause we don't often get Liverpool teams in our league. Anyway, the fields are overlooking the Mersey, sunlight glinting off the water, sun beating down, kites flying. It was like the South Of France in August.
