I took the wee'un to a birthday party yesterday.

 

There, there were kids with the following manes:

 

Tilda

Veikko

MaryB

Brenton

 

and a efw moire daft ones I haven't been able to remember. The nipper has a friend called Shiraz; there's a girl at her playgroup called Apple (and it's not Paltrow's).

 

What is it with people?

 

And on top of that, there are the f*****s who spell normal names in bizarre ways such as Amy = Aimiee.
