AntM Posted March 15, 2007 Posted March 15, 2007 I bought Once Upon A Time In The West a few days ago as part of Woollies cheap DVD offers... what a great film... I'd seen it before a long long time ago (probably as part of a season of Spaghetti Westerns on the tv) but had forgotten all about it... It's magnificent - the camera work, the sparse dialogue... everything - just brilliant. There's a great exchange at the start of the film when Bronson (Harmonica) arrives on the train to be confronted by three gunmen: Harmonica: "Did you bring a horse for me?" Henchman: "Looks like we're one short." Harmonica: (shaking his head): "You brought two too many." I'd forgotten how good Sphagetti Westerns are - why are they rarely shown on the tv anymore? I'm now thinking of going out and buying Django... anyone seen it?
