Opening PSD files without Photoshop?

Tech question of the day - someone just sent me a ton of pictures as PSD (Photoshop) files. Unfortunately, I don't have Photoshop. Anyone know of any good free downloadable software that will let me view these files. Even better would be software that would let me save them as tiffs or jpegs. I don't need to edit them, just be able to view/save. Any tips?
