The offer from Gillet and Hicks is supposed to be out and I know there are some on this forum that have shares. Have you received it? What's the deadline to accept the offer?

 

From whatever else I've read, it needs them to get 75% for the deal to proceed. This certainly leaves the opportunity for "small" shareholders to retain theirs, or have I missed something?

Once they have 75% they can compulsorily acquire the other 25% I think.

90% is the compulsory thing, I think. 75% triggers some other carryon though.
