Where do I f***ing begin??

Yesterday I was looking at my bank account and I noticed that my available balance was £40, I thought that?s low, it might be an error on the website, so I logged out, and logged in an hour later and it was still £40, so I rang the bank and found that 2 payments had been made for £700 and £10 from my account, when I was at work, with my card firmly in my pocket, so I have rang up and asked what can be done? They said as the payment is waiting to be authorised, I cant do anything until it goes out of my account*. I ask if they can not authorise it? They say no. It has to come out of my account and then something will be done.

So this morning I ring up, its still waiting to be authorised, and I have Direct debits due out tomorrow and so I have 2 options 1) do nothing, it may not get authorised and it will be fine unless it does get authorised and then I will incur the penalty or 2) get an overdraft for a month and cover it but it will cost me a non negotiable fee.

f***ing great? Lose lose situation.

*that attitude made blackadder leap to mind ?I have a cunning plan, we do nothing until our heads have actually been cut off? ?And then we leap into action??
