How much sleep do you need in order to function properly?

How does that compare to how much you actually get? :lol:

I think i'm carrying around a sleep debt of about 2 year's worth! but the question then is how to catch up properly but not feck up a rhythm of sorts?

I've recently moved house and my new bedroom has windows to the street, whereas the previous room didnt' have exterior windows but pseudo-windows to the hall :rolleyes::wacko: - and the constant stream of artifical light seeped into the room making it very hard to sleep and wake up. The new bedroom benefits from natural light - resulting in better night's sleep. It's amazing...
