Cervical spondylosis/Degenerative Osteoarthritis

Went to see the quack before Xmas with neck pain. Sent for an x-ray. Now I'm told I have spondylosis. Apparently 50% of males get it by age of 50, and nearly all by the age of 70.

 

Anyone got it? Advice on treatments? Just started taking a supplement called pernamax which is helping.
