So, Tony wants to buy some submarines.

They'd replace the existing ones in about 20 odd years. The value of a submarine is that it's invisible to the enemy, however i'd have thought that with sattelites, ultrasound and what have you submarines will become much easier to spot. Is it really worth investing £15bn-£20bn in a product that's losing its competitive advantage, its raison d'etre? Or are the depths of the oceans still safe havens from modern techology?
