LondonLiverpoolFan Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 How the f*ck do you only get banged up for 12 and 15 years respectively for murdering someone? I hope the c*nts rot. It's the 1st anniversary of his death on Thursday so at least they are now behind bars. Link Three caged for street stabbingtimes.series@archant.co.uk08 December 2006 Three men have been caged for stabbing a man to death in the street after a row in a chicken shop. Omar Tracey, 23, of Ladbroke Grove, James Herman, 26, of Acton, and his younger brother, Cameron Herman, 20, of Maida Vale, were all found guilty of murder at the Old Bailey today. The three killed Stuart Grant after he had a disagreement with Tracey at a Harrow Road takeaway at the junction with Sutherland Road, Maida Vale, on December 14 2005. Tracey phoned the Cameron brothers after the argument, and they came to meet him. The three chased Mr Grant into Shirland Road, where the 33-year-old was trapped. Two of the men held his arms behind his back, while the other stabbed him repeatedly. Both Tracey and James Herman were sentenced to 15 years, while Cameron Herman received 12 years. DCI Michael Broster said: "I wish to thank the local community for their response immediately after Stuart's murder and for coming forward and helping us with this investigation which has culminated in these three individuals being convicted here today. "I wish to extend my condolences to the Grant family for the loss of their son Stuart. Rest In Peace mate.
