Christmas dinner

[Dee]

What do you and yours eat? as it varies by country etc..

My mum threatens each year that it'll be last year we'll have turkey etc - as no one really likes it and we don't eat lots of it etc - and we should just cook another meal that everyone likes etc..

I think christmas wouldn't be the same with out soup and smoked salmon, turkey, ham, stuffing, 2 or 3 types of potato, veg, trifle and pudding and copious amounts of wine....

What are the alternatives to the 'traditional' xmas dinner?
