I find this subject fascinating. I used to think state delivered education was sacrosanct but its becoming clearer to me that state control of education doesn't work. I'd have to be absolutely certain that the poorer families get adequate support to pay school fees but that could be done a lot more effectively than it is to provide state run and controlled schools for every child in the country.

Free all schools from the state and everyone will benefit
