Are you in the process of (or planning to be within the next year) any renovation, refurbishment or building to your home?

 

Do you know any local tradesmen?

 

If you needed a tradesman e.g plumber, where would you look or who would you contact?

 

How easy do you think it is to find quality tradesmen? Scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the hardest

 

Why is it so difficult for you?

 

Tradesmen can have a bad reputation as cowboys have you ever experienced this? More stories please!

 

Do you use the internet often and what kind of sites do you visit - banking, google, friends reunited etc?

 

Would you use the internet to look for tradesmen?
