Morse Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 I have been asked to go on one in the lakes next week. Has anyone had any experience of this sort of thing? Core Content ·Leadership styles (includes: Koestenbaum Leadership Competencies and Situational Leadership models; Empowerment) Method and Style The theme of the workshop will be ?Improving Leadership and Managerial Performance?. The method will involve a series of exercises, activities, an external activity and discussions combined with short inputs and practice sessions linked to real work situations. The style will be highly participative - learning by doing, using a process of self-analysis and peer feedback to develop skills, leading to a personal action plan. Duration The three-day workshop will commence at 9.00am each day. The workshop is residential. Work will continue through into the evening with breaks mid morning/afternoon, lunch and dinner. The workshop is best suited for a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 12 participants. The workshop design is deliberately flexible to allow it to be best tailored to meet participant?s needs as they arise during the workshop. Any advice would be gratefully received.
