Anyone ever organised a Quiz Night?

Need some help. A few people have suggested doing a quiz night in work. What do I need to make the night go smoothly?

 

Where are usually the best places to do them, function rooms, upstairs of pubs.

 

What are the best way of doing things? teams of 3, 4 or 5? How many rounds work well?
